If any has any plans, drawings, ideas, or other for airframes that they wish to make public please post them. To further drop the cost of home made UAVs and to make airframes that are better suited for UAVs that the basic RC plane.

Wylie: Can you give us an example? A design of your own that you'd like to share, perhaps?

(and please check your spelling before posting--you'll get a better response if people think you took care while writing)
Sorry about the spelling mistake spelling is not my strongist area . For examples I do not have any good examples at the moment, but I mean some thing like plans out of an old magazine or home designed airframes they wish to share.
try this one I love mine. an easy glider from mutliplex , http://www.multiplexusa.com/product_fs.htm
Flying wings seem to be the least common denominator.
This is a very ambitions denominator requiring non-trivial control surface mixing and not as stable as high winger - what means an IMU might be preferable for them over brute-force thermopiles. They also dont fly 'by rudder'. You can save a week of building and get a bonus months of flight trials with them.
What I am looking for is something that can be made in a short amount of time, using basic materials like balsa, foamcore, or other stuff that is cheap and eazy to work with. So when it crashes for what ever reson it is not so bad. It also must have some payload capacity to carry things like processors, sensors, cameras, Batteries, and alike.
I built my fuselage (see pics) in a few hours. Tail plane took a little longer, while I was waiting for the polyester resin and paint to dry.
It's mostly cardboard, with some balsa and 3 ply where I needed strength for the landing gear and engine mounts.
If you want I can draw it up and post it.
Have a look at: http://www.aircrash.org/burnelli/modlist.htm

The Burnelli designs are said to be very crashworthy http://www.aircrash.org/burnelli/chrono1.htm
and given the age of the designs they should be in the public domain
An RC Slow Stick works good.. or a pusher plane. Nice and slow for good AV stuff

All you need is a 1/4 by 1/4 stick, some dollar general foam, or Fan Fold Foam from home depot and rc gear. Ive made several myself and have many aerial videos taken from them. My latest one uses a 2500kv Brushless outrunner(small) on a 3c 11.1 volt lipo. It carries a stripped down 3oz camera. Its my Avatar. Pretty much anything with an Undercambered high wing, can carry lots and make good lift at slow speeds. Ruders are for planes with more dihedral, and ailerons are for planes with out or with very little dihedral.

That looks like my plane!
lol
Amazing how similar solutions to a similar problem come about!
Thanks for the post, the planes look great. This is the kind of thing I am looking for and do you have any drawings or diagrans detailing mesurements? I know it would be appreciated.
Sure i'll get them up tonight.
