I want to put my gps module inside my foam-uav.

I plan to have one sheet of 6mm depron/foam between the sky and the module.

How can i find out, how much signal will worsen?

That's simple: just connect your module to a desktop GPS app that shows signal strength and # sats captured and try putting various materials over the antenna to see what difference it makes. I think you'll find that foam is not a problem. Things like carbon fiber, mylar, and metal are more of an issue.
