I'm experimenting with flying wings in X-plane using HIL with APM-MP as a few of you guys are doing. I have made up my own aircraft models in plane maker, but there is one thing that I'd like to do to make it super realistic, if possible, and that is to have proper elevon control. i.e. to simulate having a servo on each elevon.
I think that X-plane is just getting a roll and yaw signal from APM-MP rather than a left-elevon + right elevon displacement signal. Does anyone know if this is the case and, if so, know of a way to configure both X-plane and APM-MP to do this 'final' detail?
Thanks!
Andrew

For the 'why' to this question, the reason is I wish to mess about with non-linear differential elevons to attempt to cure an adverse yaw-induced yaw wobble.
Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The third round was a reliablilty/aerial photography round for both planes and copters, which is now closed. Stay tuned for the next round, beginning soon.51 members
