Maybe there are features that people miss having here, we can use this topic to discuss that.

Yes i want that chat too. It would come in handy so little questions can be answered.
One thing that would be really handy for DIYdrones is a wiki. It could be have a manual, build logs, tutorials for additions (like camera triggering) to the ardupilot and airframe configuration files.
If Ning's wiki app Isn't up to scratch why not use something like Wikia?
Okay, chat is added. It's below the blogs and has its own tab.

The Ning wiki is still not up to scratch, but they're working on it. I don't want to fork the community over to another site (wikia, etc), so I'll wait to see what we can do here.
Chris, awesome that you responded in such a short time! That's the great thing about an open community. If it doesn't work out you can always change in a short times notice. :)

I'm new here and I hope my suggestion helps the community.
Note that when you're in a blog post or the forums, there is a "chat bar" at the bottom of your browser screen. It's a quick way to open or close the chat window. Pretty cool. [also cool to see that we've often got 20 or 30 people here at the same time)
Yeah, it's a great feature. Unfortunately it's sometimes hard to notice when people are talking in the chat windows. Maybe NING should implement a "blink" feature or something on that road.
