hi
my quad went out of control today and ended up in pieces .
it as been flying well in all modes for several weeks , only recent change is added minimosd .
here the log , hope someone can help me find the problem .

Looking just at the IMU data it would appear, without you giving more details, that you took off in Stabilise, about half way through the flight switched to Alt_Hold, flew for a while then switched to Loiter.
Shortly after there is a huge increase in vibrations and you switched to Stabilise then RTL.
This increase in vibration would indicate to me a hardware failure of some kind, probably a broken prop.
Does this sound correct?
The .log file from the APM would be more helpful
