force cold/warm/hot start and other settings?

Hi,

I'm fairly new to using gps. I have the locosys 5hz module.

I set it up using the tutroial (http://diydrones.com/profiles/blogs/using-the-5hz-locosys-gps-with) and was wondering if there is anyway to make my arduino do all that (i.e. cold start, set the update rate, etc.)

yea check the data sheet for comm info.
