Would like to ask for assistance with a 0-25mV pressure sensor that is made of a piezo bridge.   The excitation voltage is 10V. How could I increase the 0-25mV to 0-5V or 0-10V without introducing a lot of error when the inherent accuracy is+/- 2%?  If I use an Op Amp it think it would have too much noise.  I do not have a precision power supply. Use oversampling? Use reference voltage?

Actually, the reading I am looking to amplify and read is only between the 8-20mV range.

Thank you for any input.

I will use a INA125 Instrumentation Amp w precision voltage ref.  Not exxpensive and easy to interface.
