With version 1.0.94 I get "This version may break advanced mission scripting" at startup. 

 

When I try to change the Rate Pitch/Roll I get a failed message even if I move the switch to the CLI position. 

 

Can enyone enlighten me?

What version ArduCopter code are you using? The scripting warning just refers to some changes we're making in how Jumps are handled in mission scripts. It shouldn't affect PID setting.

I'm using 2.0.49 on the Arducopter.

Update to the new version of the Mission Planner (1.0.95) and that should be gone.
