New Motors... what now in terms of ESCs

Just upgraded from the basic 3DR motors on my ArduCopter to T-Motors MT4008-12... do I need to simply just plug and readjust my gains in the APM, or do I need to recalibrate my ESCs as well?

also... they are not marked which is signal, hot and ground... just guess and check?? any issue if I screw that up in terms of blowing any ESCs?

Motor wires are not hot,ground signal. Just hook them up in any configuration. If it spins in the wrong direction, swap any 2 wires.
