Has anyone tried using a camera w/ optical image stabilization versus a camera without? Have you noticed any serious difference in image quality? I'm thinking about making the shift from the Pentax Optio to the Sony Webbie. Any thoughts?

Optical stabilization sux because vibration affects the floating lens element. Now the example we show when this question comes up.

Our optically stabilized lens in Pentax Optio got us some pretty good still pictures.
Atleast on the ground optically stabilized lens mitigate the effects of vibration on the photo
