When I connect my PC to the APM and run the Arduino interface, I open the current version via my sketchbook (updated thru SVN) and I see all the tabs ready to change and upload.  My question is, do I always overright the previous settings or is there a way to upload my custom settings.  Let me re-phrase, If I have downloaded to the APM and I decide to make a small config change, how do I make only the change without over writing all the previous changes or trying to remember what previuos changes have been made.

Is there a save option that allows me to come back quickly and pick up where I left off?

I know this basic for some of you but I'm still learning.  Thanks in advance.

Hi Adam,
Are you talking about code changes, or waypoint missions?
Michael
Sounds to me like you're talking about merging of new changed files from the repository with files that you have made custom modifications to.

SVN should merge most changes just fine. If there's a conflict, it usually creates a backup copy of the conflicted file.

I'm sure someone knows more about it than I do.
