It looks like it is almost ready kit but what else is needed to get it to fly? What do I need to make it fly high up in the sky?

Okay for that stuff (funny!) I guess that deal has nothing of what you will need, because you want a custom frame.
That isn't too hard to make though. Some square aluminium tubes and two fiberglass boards as a centre piece. Like old style Mikrokopters.
