It should not be hot. You've messed something up in your soldering or wiring. Check everything again.
Now temperature is low than before but the remote operation also can control rudder and esc motor not control by ardupilot ,so if when the GPS is locked than it can control by ardupilot (test code)???

this is photo what i connect
I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you're saying and I can't really see anything in your picture. I'm afraid you'll have to express yourself more clearly in English.
I mean when i running test code the Remote control can able to control the steering and motor but ardupliot can't able to control steering and motor. and this is bigger image. what i did wrong?

Does the MUX LED turn on and off when you toggle that channel?

Also, I see you have one of the old boards. How old is it?
The Mux LED did not turn on and off when I toggle that channel
And i just bought this board last week
The board is green. The green board hasn't been sold for three months (it's the old 168 board). Where did you buy it?
I bought it in robotcraft.ca .So what I can do now ?do i need to bought a new one?
We don't sell through them--I don't know where they got it (we only sell through Sparkfun) and I have no idea how old that board is. If it dates back from our first production run, back in January, it may have a firmware problem with the MUX. All that was corrected many months ago and we've stopped supporting those early boards.

But if you have an AVR programmer, I can point you to some old threads that will show you how to update the firmware. If you don't have an AVR programmer, I suggest you buy the current board directly from Sparkfun. It will work fine.
Thank you Chris I wil think about it .
I see the site even mentions the possibility of the boards being from the first batch and the possible need to reflash them!
