XBees not communicating?

Hi everyone, I have just set up an ardupilot mega with xbee 2.4g telemetry kit. The PAD IDs and Baudrates of both the XBees have been set to 9999 and 59600 respectively. However when I launch and connect HK's GCS, none of the sensors display anything. Did I miss out on a step?

Did you actually set the baud rate to 59600, or is that a typo? It looks like the GCS software is set at 57600, like the APM Mission Planner.
