I am a business development manager for a UAV type US manufacturer that builds light weight video/ data transmitters 35g 100mw out along with full PAL/NTSC video in the 720 x 480 or 720 x 576 camera pixel range along with new COFDM systems 300g out to 7 watts long range and by Dec 2011 new COFDM HD systems same performance. Avid Amateur Radio Operator for many years, pilot & weapons computer systems electronics tech aboard a US Nuclear Submarine. 6 years.

My interest drove the development of our light weight 35gram transmitters see link+++ http://www.avalonrf.com/products/digital-data-links/250mw-wireless-digital-link.php We have a new 35 gram 100mw 2.4Ghz transmitter called a TX620 or TX520 for L bands, which will be up on web site soon. We do combo video/ data for analog low cost solution with ( diversity receive ) dual tuners dual antennas & power and custom frequencies as needed.
