do the outer wings move independent of the main wing or dose it cum apart for trainsport?

That is only for transport. However I don't understand why they built it so. I would make two half wings as it's the most common.

Yes that's similar except the tail. But Lockeed's Desert Hawk is almost the same stuff.

It also goes in to the pieces because of the landing. If it hits the ground too hard it goes to pieces rather than really broke up.
