Little help with first time Autopilot

Hi there,I'm getting a little confused by all of the different hardware configurations that are available, so I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction based on my needs:I have purchased and built (and upgraded) an HK bixler plane.  What I am looking for in an autopilot are the following features:1.) Ability to take a mission plan and fly the plane with accurate GPS / Baro sensors along set waypoints2.) Ability to send a trigger command to a CHDK hacked camera to capture images…See More

Orthorectified Aerial Maps

Hi there,I'm new to this site, and am looking to get into using a small UAV to capture images that can be orthorectified into high quality mosaics.  My potential clients will be small farms, wineries, and environmental groups that would like up to date, high resolution maps for analysis and strategy planning. My plan is to first use a home made UAV, most likely a bixler plane and the ardupilot, or investing in a swinglet cam.My questions right now are:1.) The swinglet cam takes photos and…See More

That is a reasonable request, it will work with both Fix Wing and Multi-Rortor Quads now, with a 8 CH System (TGY-9 v2 with FrSky TM module is my test bed. RC) Traditional Heli, Hex & Octo not so easy, Best solution is with CamOSD or MiniOSD  or Remzibi_OSD, if you already own one. I will help you with getting it going but, Sandro is the master OSD developer, and designing nice hardware too., I just added some features like selecting camera modes and if OSD overlay on/off, also  15 character Call_Sign every 2 minutes or so user settable. I have demo code working now.

Cheers.
