motor startup problem

Hi Guys,Not sure where to start looking for a fix for my problem, so just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem to help me with the solution.When I start up my QuadCopter, 3 of the 4 motors start up fine, but one of them goes forward backwards, forwards, backwards, then eventually in the correct direction. And all works fine after that.I'm not sure if its a faulty motor, esc, or calibration? Or perhaps its nothing to worry about at all?See More

"sounds like a good plan to me but you might want to wait or read other threads to get an answer from some one with experience i,m not sure which planes can hold the APM  and are easy to fly and repairable plus if you go with a known working…"
