Airframe Fabrication

I've seen a few interesting posts about people who have remolded the EasyStar and made their own fuselages and such, but I'm clueless as to how. I've done some searches but I don't think I'm looking for the right terms... So, how do you make your molds? I understand carbon fiber and fiberglassing techniques, but it's the molding process that I'm clueless about. Any hints?
