Dick Kline replied to jpace's discussion 'Kline-Fogelman Airfoils'
For those of you interested in the Kline Fogleman airfoil concept, you might want to check out this thread which discusses why people chose the airfoil they use. It is only four pages long and a number of people seem to prefer the KFm airfoils and…

Beautiful. Steady as she goes. It's nice to view an aerial video which isn't bouncing all over the place. A very stylish-looking aircraft. Just outstanding work. The music is very fresh as well.

Jaron... you've done a superb job of designing this aircraft. I can't wait to hear the report on the maiden flight. It will be interesting to see how steady the plane holds the camera. Also, how it handles the weight. I'm very excited…

I was so pleased to hear that you were able to recover your aircraft. It's just another example of never giving up hope. May you have many more successful flights.

ApachePilot is now working on a KF5 wing that will include some slats on the leading edge. His flying wing Divinity has two steps on top and one on the bottom. View his video here: http://www.vimeo.com/3654017 The steps should be just deep enough to…

In my opinion, simple paper airplanes also have an airfoil like this KF. So the advantages are that the wing structure is lighter and there's no need for any extra turbulators after the leading edge?

Matthias... little did you expect to get your plane back. Have you flown it since its been repaired? I hope you'll have many more great flights with this aircraft. The KF airfoil concept continues to grow. Did you ever get to see Dave Powers "KF Airfoil Testing" on YouTube. It turns out that the KFm4 is faster than the other versions. Maybe its because 50% of this airfoil is air against air, thus no direct friction or drag. Be well.Dick KlineSee More

Hi Dick,

thank you for your offer. I allready read a lot at RCGroups.com about you airfoil. I have build several planes with the KF-airfoil, and i like it's advantages!

I'am very interested in your material!!
At the moment it is very buisy here at work, so i have no time for my hobbies, but this will change soon i hope.

Please send it to hugepanic@gmail.com

thank you very much
Matthias
