"I don't know... no GPS lock.. no GPS lock led blinking... no magic smoke.. and I don't have an oscilloscope or a voltometer to test the RX pin"

"1. For Vcc you did use 3.3 V, not 5V, right? Or your 408 just might be dead from letting the magic smoke out. 2. Can you confirm that the 408's rx pin is held high when not communicating?"

Due to an order disguise, I've received an EM408 instead of the classis EM406.I Can't send back the module, so I've to connect the 408 to ardupilot.I've tried those connection but the GPS led seems to be dead:EN ---> VCCGND --->GNDRX (on gps) ---> TX0 (on board)TX-->RX1Vcc -->VccAny Ideas?Thank youEnrico from ItalySee More
