"1. For Vcc you did use 3.3 V, not 5V, right? Or your 408 just might be dead from letting the magic smoke out.
2. Can you confirm that the 408's rx pin is held high when not communicating?"

So there are 5 pin on the gps and 6 on the arduino board.
How should I connect the cable between them?!
Em406:
1) GND 2) VIN 3) RX 4) TX 5) GND 6) 1pps
Em408:
1) EN 2)GND 3) Rx…"
