I got a GS407 from sparkfun last month that was bad. It would not get a GPS fix indoors or outdoors. They replaced it with this GPS which is nearly identical, (the GS407 was out of stock). I hooked it up and got a GPS fix in less than a minute.

If you micro-controller accepts PWM signals why bother with a switch? A simple 08M PICAXE can measure a PWM signal and be programmed to toggle its other i/o pins based on the servo position.

I am meaning the ServoSwitch V10 sorry. I am looking for a more DIY project, that is capable of altering the micro-controller for my specific application.

Which one Frank? if you mean the one from Hobbyking/city , the review says it all, it depends on your application whether it will take common ground or not etc. I am planning to get few with my next order.

Could I interest you in a potentially very valuable chat about new extended range liquid hydrogen, fuel cell and electric motor powered aviation design?

Proof of concept is at www.lange-aviation.com over in Germany. The piloted model DLR-H2 is a one-off prototype. Check out the spec's. Very unusual, ultra-reliable plane with over 2,000 miles range via underwing LH fuel pods. Boeing's got something similar and so does the KAIST college R & D program in South Korea. First-year venture could pay bfor college debt!
