"Yes I was wondering when I got new cable, didn't make sense to me but I thought they must know what they're talking about so I just put new cable on. Now I'm back to original cable and it works."

full story: I bought Hexacopter from udrones complete ready to fly. Flys good.Down loaded MP onto my PC,and update was available so I went ahead and updated. Tried to get 3dr to connect to MP.…Continue

Bill Bonney replied to George van Eerden's discussion 3dr air not working"The air and ground radios are identical, make sure both, using MP and the FTDI cable have the most upto date firmware. Then they should connect on startup ok.
You can only update firmware to the radio connected to the computer."
