Ya the servo is connected to APM & remote control receiver. So it should start moving from left to right when i push the throttle and increase the speed gradually just like how the throttle control the…"

The Servo is connected to an APM (or another Controller board) and the remote control receiver too, right ?
Now the software can give your changes directly from throttle to the servo (maximum speed),

So what you means is it used the blimpduino board? How could i connect the tail & CoG trolley to my board to transmit signal to them?"

It seems that a blimpduino setup would be a good place to start. Sonars being the key part.
