There are ways for government and law enforcement to use them under a couple of difficult exemption rules, so if it is a law enforcement application you seek, you may be able to do it with some difficulty. But not impossible
How can I help you?. I met a few VERY interesting people on my journey to enlightenment, so I may be able to provide you some interesting insights.
Best product I have seen out there is the Dragonfly. Incredible product. Check it out. I got to play with it for an hour or so.
