using the gumstix with Paparazzi is beyond my experience. I do know that if you want to use the classix board, then you will have to make it yourself, but then you have a builtin gumstix interface. I do notice that the procs on the classix board communicate via SPI, so I imagine that you could load the FBW(fly by wire) code on the paparazzi board, and then run the AP code on the gumstix.

I never used the ground station software for Microgear. Curt did not release the code for it, and I never got the gumstix to work correctly. I was still struggling with the gumstix, when my project was changed to three UAVs. I could not get any more of the MNAV devices, so I switched to paparazzi.

I am not sure, but the MNAV project on sourceforge may have a groundstation software you can use. Otherwise, I think you will have to roll your own.
