"Having looked at this further, I think it's actually a tile size issue rather than a geodesy problem. Can anyone tell me what size tiles the APM uses, my server currently deals up 256 x 256 and 1024 x 1024 size tiles."

"my guess is the source you are pulling from is not returning wgs84 images. as the planner requests box's based on lat long coords."
