The command is there. Please read the wiki and you will see what is there. Remember, APM code is still in Alpha.
Go here to read about mission commands for APM specifically:

Thanks for the explanation Jason. I don't have a heck of a lot of time outside of my day job, but I'm willing to pitch in to help with code, test flights, and sim testing where I can. I just don't want to duplicate any work in…
Serproxy with newlines_to_nils=false AND comm_baud=38400 worked great for me with Windows7 32bit. Having trouble with some of the flying modes on APM though, but better in the sim than in the air.
I should also state that on line 41 of "Waypoint_writer_Mega.pde" it looks like he is setting the home location. You may want to do that as well, but I'm not entirely sure how this is used.

I bought a FY21AP-II but haven't had the chance to fly it yet. However, I have been following the threads on RCgroups and the owners of FY-Tech are very responsive and helpful. Great to read of a success story around this type of product.
Hi Jani,
It's not really the color that is the issue. It's that the illustration makes it look like APM ground goes to GPS Enable. I modified your illustration to, well, illustrate. Notice the twist in the wires
I agree, the connector can only be put in one way. I just saw this and thought my GPS or APM had the connector on wrong, but it's fine. As long as people understand that the wires and the orientation of the boards as indicated in the…
Is it me or is this illustration wrong. The GPS should look like this:
When looking at this illustration GND for the GPS is at the bottom of the board and GND for the APM is at the top. The GPS should be upside down in this illustration.
Good point - My screen resolution on my netbook is only 1024x600. However, he has provided the fla source files so it is possible to move/scale the components if you know actionscript 3.
