@Shannon As a makerbot owner I agree with you that the automated build platform is the black sheep of the makerbot family. Great concept, just not quite there as far as reliability but I expect makerbot to come out with an improvement.

I've got two or three modems where the RSSI light on the usb explorer board stays lit all the time and they don't work. Might my modems be "bricked"?

Does it not matter if the Ublox gps is positioned vertically or horizontally? I thought the vertical position was ideal but in your picture it is placed horizontally. My flying wing doesn't have the height to place the ublox vertically so it…
