Hugo Vincent commented on giancarlo.forum's blog post ArduPilot 4? ARM and IMU in one chip: MPU-9150
"Where does it say it has an ARM in the invensense chip? I can see it has a "DMP" which sounds like a microcontroller of some kind running the fusion algorithm, but afaict you'd still need a second microcontroller to run the autopilot…"

"@James re mag at cm, their target market is cellphones and game controllers - there is no motor, and the baseline they could acheive is only a few centimeters anyway. I fully expect an all-in-one eventually. We already have 3-acc+3-gyro and…"

Hugo Vincent commented on Chris Anderson's blog post New all-in-one gyro/accel/mag chip from Invensense
"This isn't all-in-one, it needs an external magnetometer... but otherwise, it looks pretty awesome!"
