answer to you second question(can a computer literate..) is YES , once you know how to swim, it wouldn't matter how deep it is.;-) but go for some decent Rc controller(6 or7 channel) so that you wouldn't grow out of it soon. good luck

I guess the wing is inside those sliver wing carry case/pouch :-),, but there is week of work to complete it + painting etc I guess

may be the tail should go as plug-in/removable too and available as spare if/when required

Ben , I believe UAV Db was used as the title, but I could not find any more info from the site.( almost every thing is in Taiwanese i guess
