3D-printed drone parts

I have 3d printed a wing part has been flight tested with a MULTIPLEX fuselage (above)

Now I am in a fuselage designing process and I am not sure in the printer axis parts since airstream aligned to Z printer axis layers.

Could somebody help me?

Thank you

  • I have used PLA 3mm white. After testing with ABS, NYLON and PLA, I decided to use PLA because it is biodegradable and not used prints can be refilamented. PLA is too stiff but with correct infill it can become a flexible part able to support required wing lift and drag stress. Next step, fuselage, include will include nose ABS because of the temperture requirements.

    Thank you for asking

  • what material are you using to print the wing?
