I started work on my Multiplex Cularis fuselage the other day and here is what I did so far:
This is where I want the Webbie to go in the fuselage. Even if the lens sticks out a tiny bit, it shouldn't touch the ground because of the shape of the fuse and how it sits on the ground. Also, this pic shows the Webbie face down. I am going to flip the camera over onto its' back. This way, the transmitted image will face forward since the image flips when you rotate the lens over to face the user. I didn't want it to look like I was flying backwards.

I had to make two replacement parts #55 of the Cularis kit since mine were missing. I needed to modify these anyway to fit the Webbie in and out after the two halves of the fuse are joined. I made the parts out of 1/32 ply and painted them white.

I used a spade bit to score the 1/32 ply for the holes. By the time you score the second side, the hole is done.

In the left fuse, (top of pic) you can see I melted some of the foam to make room for the Webbie. I will need to do the same to the right side.

Motor and speed control go up front, receiver in the next compartment (with the wires), followed by the battery and finally the Webbie back and underneath. So where is ArduPilot going to go?........ In the enormous canopy.

Yes, I will need to add weight to the tail.
