DJI Phantom Set-Up Demo

There's been a lot of random discussion about the Phantom and whether or not it's worth the money, does it fly well, etc. I say yes to all.  Here a quick video of my set-up.

I also fly an Arducopter and XAircraft X-650-V8 but for quick and easy set-up and great flying the Phantom is a blast.  Won't lift the heavy cameras or fly waypoints but for GoPro shots or just to practice flying you can't beat it.

    Well I ordered my mount on friday first thing and Saturday morning it arrived first post .by  sat. Evening it was sll assembled and working .

    I have tried it but was a very high wind.  It look good from what I have seen do far .thanks for your advice ada

    Thanks for the fast reply Adam. Sorry to ask something else, but did the two servos plug straight into the naza or was there other boards required? I under stand you can use the F1 and F2 spare ports?

    You are right, it is pricey but if you compare all the parts you would have to buy to make something compairable it's not and it's ready out of the box.  I agree you can slap a KK board on some wood sticks but it's not going to hold position or fly home if you have radio problems plus you have to wait for a bunch of part to come from China  I have tested all the different copters out there including building a couple Arducopters which are great if you have the time and love to tinker but for out of the box readiness, you can't beat it.

    Yes it comes with XT60 connectors stock.

    It does a nice job of being quick and easy to fly.  I don't agree with it being great for practice flying because it's so expensive (and hard to repair) when a simple DJI frame and a $20 KK board would serve that role.  Does it come stock with XT60 connectors?

    video does look good  , may be its small size helps in wind.
