I bought one of these at the store ($99) and now they are on sale.
I have not actually taken my unit out into the field yet, but on the bench in the garage it is very nice.

Bought a portable DVD player for some $70 + $20 tax in 2007. It had composite input & could also play movies.

I would love to find something like this monitor only with HDMI or DVI in. Well one thats not super pricey and cheap like these.

Office Depot had something similar ("Digital Prism" 7 inch ATSC TV with A/V input but no SD card slots) on sale recently for $39.

I have a 7" Haier HDTV from Target for $79 works well, I will use a black foam-core sun shield in field. No HDMI input.

A used netbook (~$100) also works well and can double as a GCS.
