How do you balance a motor? I know about balance the props, but what do you need to balance a motor? thanks

First try with a different ESC with the same or higher amp rating.  If the noise goes away you might have an issue with the timing settings on that specific ESC.  Double check the programming to make sure it matches the other ESC's  

If you get the same noise with a different ESC it could be a bearing.  Try spraying them with WD40 to see if you can clear out any possible grit and then try some graphite grease.  Failing that replace the bearings if you can get replacements or just get a replacement motor.

Mate that is definitely bearing noise, sorry..

It probably has no lubrication at all, you could possibly try and repack the bearing with grease. I would just buy a new motor the save trouble.

(By now I guess you have already dealt with it)
