I´m looking to build a UAV (based on a Dynam Hawk Sky and ArduPilot Mega) and have been lurking this site for a while.

"This is an interesting subject.As you said, some problems are due to defective boards, but how can one "prove" to you that the board was faulty when it was received and not damaged by the user (if not obvious)?
